The term “Advetaya Business Consultant Private Limited” or the “Company” or “us” or “we” or “our” refers to the owner of the Website providing an online platform for obtaining financial products from  third party lending partners (hereinafter referred to as “Service Providers”) to the Users (“Services”). Protecting the security and privacy of your personal data is of utmost importance to Advetaya Business Consultant Private Limited which is collected from the User(s) of www.Aagey.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website“); therefore, we conduct our business in compliance with applicable laws on data privacy protection and data security. The policy sets out the different areas where User privacy is concerned and outlines the obligations & requirements of the User, the Website and Website owners (“Privacy Policy”). Furthermore the way this Website processes, stores and protects user data and information will also be detailed within this Privacy Policy.

  1. DATA WE COLLECT FROM YOU DIRECTLY
    • We collect certain basic information, such as your name, mobile number, email address and PAN Number when you register for an account on the Website or use our Service. In order to use the Services on our Website, a User is  required to submit the following documents:
      • KYC Documents (as applicable);
      • Permanent account number (“PAN”);
      • Income tax returns for the previous financial year;
      • Bank statements;
      • Balance sheet for the previous financial years;
      • Property or Vehicle Documents (as applicable);
      • Audit report;
      • GST returns;
      • Any other business / individual documents as may be required to assess your eligibility to the financial products being offered by our Service Providers on our Website.

(collectively referred to as “Documents”).

  • All the information provided by the User including the Documents shall be referred to as “User Information”. Additionally, all information pertaining to a specific individual or entity or to the identity of any individual or entity, including any details that may have been voluntarily provided by the User, whether to Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), Credit Bureau or any other agency including any other Credit Information Companies or to our Service Providers will be included under the term “User Information”.
  • All of the information collected from you directly is identified in the forms, other places when you respond to questions/surveys or where you indicate preferences throughout the Services, either online or communicated through our customer service representatives. Even if you are not a registered User on our Website, however, if you email us through the Contact Us page on our Website, we may retain a record of such email communication, including your email address, the content of your email, and our response.
  • Some of the information referred hereinabove qualifies as “sensitive personal data or information” as defined under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices & Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.     • All the User Information is stored with us and the servers are located in India. We undertake periodic review of our storage to determine whether it is necessary to retain your User Information and take necessary actions if the storage, processing or collection of your User Information is not necessary. However, the Company will continue storing the KYC related documents provided by the Users till the time such User continues maintaining an account with the Website.
    • To protect your privacy and security, we take steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify your identity before granting you access to your account. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information, and for controlling access to your email communications from the Company, at all times. Do not share your password with anyone and do limit your access to your computer or other devices by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.
    • We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place reasonable as well as suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online on the Website as well as the Account.

The Company is also not responsible for sites directing you to the Website. Our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy do not apply to those third-party sites either.

    • Service Providers and co-signers: We may share your information with Service Providers for the purpose of providing the Service to you such that they may provide you with information about your request for prequalified rates, offers, and information related to other products and services they offer. You agree that when you submit information to a Service Provider or third party through the Service, such submission of your information may also be governed by the Service Provider or third party privacy and security policies which differ from our Privacy Policy.

You understand that, subject to applicable laws and regulations, Service Providers may keep your information that relates to any submission of information that you may make through your use of the Service and any other information provided by the Company in the processing of any submission of information, whether or not you are eligible for the Service Provider’s products or services. You agree to notify any particular Service Provider directly if you no longer want them to keep your information. As a prospective borrower or applicant of Service Provider’s products or services, you agree that when you nominate a co-signer/co-applicant, the Company may share the Service Provider’s responses relating to your submission with your nominated co-signer/co-applicant, and, as a co-signer/co-applicant, we may share the Service Provider’s responses relating to your submission with the prospective borrower or applicant.

  • Legal Requirements: The Company may share your information where required to do so if we are required by a court order, by government authorities, by law enforcement authorities or by other legal processes or where it becomes necessary to do so to protect the rights or property of the Company and/or its group companies/affiliates, employees, officers, agents etc. or to enforce our Terms and Conditions or to protect the security and integrity of our Service and/or exercise or protect the rights, property or personal safety of the Company, our Users or others.
  • Business Transfers: We may also disclose your information in connection with, or during negotiations of any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company, liquidation, dissolutions, reorganisations, similar transactions or proceedings involving all or portion of the Company.   1. REVIEW AND DELETION OF DATA AND YOUR CHOICES
    • You may request your User Information which we hold about you under the Information Technology Act, 2000 as well as under the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. If you would like a copy of the information held on you, please write to info@aagey.com.
    • If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email the Grievance Officer/Consent Manager as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
    • You shall have the right to view the information provided by you and also to update the information and keep us informed of any such change in case the information provided is deficient or inaccurate. You may contact the Grievance Officer/Consent Manager for this regard as well.
    • If you wish to have the User Information that you have provided to us deleted, you can always do so by sending a request to our Grievance Officer provided at the bottom of this page. You may note that deletion of certain User Information may lead to cancellation of your registration with the Website and your access to certain features of the Website.
    • You undertake that the User Information provided by you is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You agree and understand that we shall not be liable for the authenticity of the User Information provided by you.
    • You can stop receiving promotional email communications from us by clicking on the “unsubscribe link” provided in such communications. We make every effort to promptly process al unsubscribe requests. You may not opt out of Service-related communication (e.g. account verification, transaction re-lated updates, changes/updates to features of the Service and technical and security notices.   2. RETENTION OF DATA
    • Upon your request to delete your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and your information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, audit or comply with legal requirements.
    • Until you continue to subscribe to our Services, all UserInformation provided by you will be retained for as long as may be reasonably necessary to satisfy the purpose for which it is processed. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, User Information may be retained for a longer period of time if such retention is explicitly mandated, or necessary to comply with any obligation under applicable law.
    • Nothing set out herein shall apply to the de-identified, aggregated datasets generated by the User Information of Users of the Website or any reports, heat maps or other visualization created using such datasets. Further, when we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your User Information, we will either delete or de-identify it, or, if this is not possible, then we will securely store your User Information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
  3. GRIEVANCE OFFICER/CONSENT MANAGER
    • You may send any grievances you may have with respect to this Privacy Policy or usage of your data associated with the User Information or including withdrawal of consent, review or deletion to our Grievance Officer.
    • We hereby appoint Shalini A Shankar as the Grievance Officer as required under the Information Technology Act, 2000 as well as the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.
